I dont think anything is up.  Folks took profit before the fed release.  Oil has come down a smidge.  Early morning volumes are super low.  Its just a wait and see thing for now.  IMO oil will go up Ath will follow and then oil will go down and so will ATH.  Once the TMX is pumping things might change leaning more to the bullish side.
