TMP still a problem
I see that the big heavy oil suppliers are complaining that they have to pay starting May 1 but there is no guarantee that the line will be up and running by then and more than likely to be mid May or later before it is operational. I do not expect that ATH will do much until the line is up and proven to be working and loading those ships.
