One year from now, the will be profitable, the criminal case will nbe resolve and the share price will be higher. But don't expect anything shor term. They will have to deliver ar least two quarter in a row of profit and settle the criminal charge.
The value of the 407 is between 27 and 30 $ per share. Instead of selling it they should distribute the share of the 407 to the actual shareholdeer. This way shareholder will have one share of 407 and one share of the engineering side. The engineering share wil not trade to zero.
