The better question bigger is would the Federal government allow WSP to buyout SNC?

I think SNC has a better chance of getting bought out by a foreigner than a domestic. If SNC continues to get no respect from the market in terms of share price then I am sure there are other options available to SNC to unlock value. Sooner or later SNC will have no choice but to act on them if the market is not willing to pay up for intrinsic value.
