Voyant les avoirs de Gabriel, et le fait qu'il ne vend pas ses parts en SNC m'indique la qualit de Solive de sa maison pour pouvoir supporter les testicules aussi pesantes.

Form  It just boggles the mind that someone who is so negative on SNC stock continues to hang around here.   You mentioned marijuana stocks are on fire.  Sure they are.  But most are hyped up too much without revenues or eps.  You saw what happened to the all a few years ago.  There is no value in those stocks.  Today's winners can easily be tomorrow'

Mais qui d'autre qu'un novice peut regarder des rsultats pass puis dire que c'tait dans ces titres qu'il fallait aller.... Bien facile de lire le pass, plus difficile de prdire le futur..... Avec THC (weed) example ACB.TO 17$ le part, si la compagnie fait cul tete et tombent, ce qu'il vous restera c'est qq ventilateurs, qq gros abris auto pour parger vos pertes.  Avec SNC, si ca fait cul de tete et ca tombe, il te reste des infrastructures top notch et a vente d'unit, tu te fais le double.   Facile comme calculs

Que penser de la faillite d Enron? Une des plus grosse fraude sinon la plus grosse aux USA. Aprs avoir ete declare coupable, Kenneth Lay, le PDG est mort 2 mois plus tard de facon naturelle. Comme quoi, on est jamais a l abri de comptable malveillant.

Je ne vois pas de rapport SNC vs Enron.  We have no fears.  We are not worried.  We have money and we are smart buyers and HOLDERS.  We see an oppurtunity and cease it. No glory to those who don't take a risk.  But in SNC case, with a risk based approach, that is low to minimal.

Juste pour dire qu a la bourse, on est jamais certain 100% de ce qui se passe a l interieur. En 22 ans la bourse, il m est arrive plusieurs choses. Du financement et l’action baisse jusqu la faillite. Normalement un financement indique que les verifications ont ete faite donc a donne confiance a l investisseur, ce qui n est pas toujours pas le cas.

I agree with your points.  Most importantly the fact that SNCL projects ressources are done.  Si no more big loss exposure.  But they also centralized and let go of all these little entities such as Belgium Office.  All I an saying is that by them self they could be  insignificant but the sum of all could provide a surprise factor + some infrastructure benefits.  What

The fact that no figure was announced tells me the sale of the SA unit was immaterial (small effect). SNC is selling or closing all non profitable units which is good. They also need to "lose weight" or reduce SG&A as it is increasingly focusing on SNCL Engineering Services. The UK did well during Q4 as per this article in the Times (of tomorrow ;)   Infrastructure
