what the market is thinking.  After such an excellent report, it seems people can only look at LSTK and - incredibly - seem surprised that the issue is taking a long time (a predicted time) to complete.  With no negative surprises, why should we drop?

Well, PPL took a huge dump after a spectacular morning rise on great results because, ah gee, they aren't going to pay monthly any more, but quarterly.  Boo hoo.

Yes, it was definitely reassuring (but totally expected ;-) not to see any "negative surprises". But yes, the LSTK contracts are still very much viewed as a black hole by "the market"...millions are still going in (albeit within forecasts) and we're assured that millions will - eventually - come back out.
