SWECO EV is twice their revenue.

TTEK is 2.5X

Revenue of SNC professional services is close to 7B. == Jacob et al, will likely give it 14B or 80$ per share on that basis when the LSTK are completed.

Value of 407 and other concessions handsomely pays the debt and whatever losses are incurred up to 1B (3 times the 300m cap).

Nice summary Gabriel and my thinking along  similar lines.  Precisely why SNC will be bought out by end of this year imo once the bulk of LSTK contracts are done and the overhang on the sp is diminished and the investment community get that sigh of relief and blue skies confirmation.  They will then start moving back into SNC as we are the undervalued stock in relation to our ...more

Right on, Ron.  My suspicion is that having exited and left us holding the bag, they are now beginning to build a position as the end of LSTK is in sight and risk steadily decreasing.  One more retread of bogey man forecasts might keep the price down long enough for them to fill their boots.  Sorry to be so cynical but from my vantage point the analysts are getting worse all the ...more
