RE:RE:SWECO, WSP, STN, TTEK and the value of Professional ServicesRight on, Ron.  My suspicion is that having exited and left us holding the bag, they are now beginning to build a position as the end of LSTK is in sight and risk steadily decreasing.  One more retread of bogey man forecasts might keep the price down long enough for them to fill their boots.  Sorry to be so cynical but from my vantage point the analysts are getting worse all the time and I'm inclined to believe it's deliberate.  Bankers are not what they once were.
