UBS Previews Aritzia's Q3 Results

MIDNIGHTTRADER - Updated 11 minutes ago

02:24 PM EST, 01/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aritzia reports its Q3 2024 results on Wednesday.

In its preview, UBS believes Aritzia's comp sales remained under pressure in Q3, but thinks Street estimates already reflect this weakness and therefore forecasts an in-line Q3 report. UBS expects the company to maintain its FY24 operating guidance and this will likely keep consensus' $0.90 FY24 EPS forecast near current levels. The options market is pricing in a +/-13.6% move over the event vs. a 7.8% historical avg. move. UBS expects less volatility than 13.6%.

UBS has a Buy rating on Aritzia with a $38 PT.
