He's been an insider for some time so makes you wonder why they delayed....share accumulation in a stealth way but looks like they are ready for share price lift off. They are making millions in ebitdax every month and will likely not make any payments until August. At that time they will have proven production well and have likely built up $30 to $40million in cash to pay debt and to expand production. This will be a $2 stock within a year or so....
