New management style

The old management would have made a press release trumpeting the plant restart as good news. This was what every investor was hoping for.

The new management does the opposite, taking the same fact of restart and doesn't issue a press release. 3500 oz produced after restart and not a word from them. Instead that news is lumped into Q2 results. Low key, listing the possible problems. Under promise and over deliver? That is what successful mining companies do.

The new team expressed all the possiblities and I think we could not get any "unexpected mishap" in the future. Gold production is not high technology, please remember. It's the issue of management! I think former team from England and they stayed in air-conditioned office in London, so we have experienced share price collapse in the past several months!! But if welook art other ...more
