Maybe it had something to do with the raise they just completed 3 months after their prior raise where they stated they wouldn't need to raise any more money. Three months later mate, here we are again. I would recommend you go back and read what I have written on dilution and the money they will need to raise as a "pharma" company, and mate I use that term very loosely. Enjoy your dilutive, uh sorry mate I mean long, position. Good luck mate!
