share price

share priceSome new investors wonder why this high-grade, open-pit gold mine with a new DFS and upcoming ESIA and financing likely this year isn't trading double or triple the price where it's at and the answer is one particular #7 (there are many #7 investors here I know) who has been holding high amounts of shares for sale for the past year now.  I've been watching the level 2 board for almost a year now and watching them do what they do.  What is their reason?  Do they really want to sell or are they trying to keep the share price down for an easier takeover?  If they really want to sell, there are much better ways of doing so and there have been many opportunities to do so.  So either this person/entity (entity I'm sure) knows nothing about how to sell a stock or they have other motives.  What other motive?  Takeover is the only one I can think of.  Who are they?  I'm not certain.  I really suspect B2Gold but it could also be many other players, including Chinese investors who are very active in the area.
