The property is located near road and rail infrastructure and is close to markets in southern Ontario and the northeastern United States.

Yeah it's a joke. One year they're all about lithium and developing separation rapids, now there's crickets there and they buy a stake in Will Scarlett. They release this shiny sustainability report but who cares if they're not producing anything. How about they deliver some RESULTS. We need results Don, show us something for once
