RE:RE:RE:Rock Tech Lithium - production by middle to end of 2023AVL will most likely NEVER become an actual producer. They will most probably - due to lack of funds- sell  the rights to other miners that have what it take$  to dig the ground. 
Just my opinion , based on AVL's 30 year history and the current number of outstanding stocks..
