The property is located near road and rail infrastructure and is close to markets in southern Ontario and the northeastern United States.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:inpatient. .30-.50 could be possibly by december. We'll have to wait and see. AVL has some big plans to come out by then. As far as the Government putting money into AVL i don't think it'll happen by december. Definitely could possibly happen in the 2024 year. The Government knows they have to do something.
