The Warren Township Anorthosite Project is an advanced specialty industrial minerals development opportunity located 100 km west of Timmins, Ontario in the Porcupine Mining Division. The property is located near road and rail infrastructure and is close to markets in southern Ontario and the northeastern United States.

INDEED what You Stated IS TRUE

But THIS Would PUT Avalon Processing Plant INTO a WORLD WIDE Pricing
Competition as THOSE Boats Could GO to ANY OTHER Plant in the World

In Fact ALL the Northwest Ontario Lithium Concentrates COULD be Shipped
OUT__BY PASSING the Need to Use the TBay Plant at all.

ONLY WAY is for Avalon Management to SECURE Signed Partners to Make
SURE there WILL BE Enough Concentrates for the TBay Plant to be VIABLE

And THAT is a Classic ""CHICKEN and EGG"" Dilemma
