I voted to replace Don. We all should!! Don been running this company for 25 years and never made shareholders money and never did bring value to the company. The only reason this company went up 10 $ was cause of China nothing to do with Don. He makes over 300 thousand on a company that makes no money.

I have to admit that they have their properties, those speak volumes and I like the way their going, obtaining a ESG Rating being available to attract that capital. Its too bad about the difficulties on the Tin assets, hopefully, they sort that out immediately !! In regards to the individual, well I believe its the miners that take over and know what theyre doing in that regard.

A change in management team and directors may need to be required to move this company forward.  A new team may have the connections and knowledge for this to be successful. Plus would bring new and more serious investors to the table.   A team in place for 25 plus years and no resources ever got shoveled out of the ground for a profit which needs a lot of questioning.

I agree that these properties are all unfolding as they have planned. Who are you looking for or have in mind ? Australians and the US are aligning to solidify the strategies out there, ie Texas coming to market A lithium miner in particular ?? Looks like with RockTech theyre going it alone. Will need the Euro contacts in Germany and feed in Canada.

I understand your frustration, however mining is a long game, and sometimes experience is underestimated. That said, AVL has always been a long term play - like I said when I got in "this one will be for my grandchildren".

Mining is a long haul venture. Experience is a key asset. Be patient, if there is any substance to AVL it will unfold patiently and methodically. Don has patient and dedicated.

I agree mining is a long haul venture.  Unfortunately, if nothing gets moved ahead start to lose investors quickly and company becomes a "no go" for financing.  AVL has been 25 -30 years with no development of a revenue source.  Sometimes the only way to move a company forward is an amalgamation with another company, new management team, restructuring of the company.
