unless it materially affects the ability of the company/BOD to carry on the business of the company (my words).

Apparently institutions/well-connected investors knew this NR would affect AVO, because they were ready & sold; whereas the rest of us got left holding the bag ....wondering why.

Not all has been revealed &  the CEO skirted all around  the question even if not asked specifically period. 

AVO may have lost some respect with analysts who got burned.  Memories are sometimes long.
