RE:More on 2017 results Awarded, good post. It is clear to me that management doesn't want the very positive Q4 results to be widely circulated. No usual press release nor conference call = no accountability. My guess is that management hopes that enough positive votes have now been received and perhaps enough shareholders didn't vote.

It the sale of AVO goes through at the current offer level, I think that management was derelict in their duty to shareholders. There was no reason IMHO to present this offer when a very good quarter was pending. I expect that the Q4 results would have moved the stock price to the range at which it currently trades. If the takeover happens, whose interests are being served. Smaller retail investors??? Hardly.

Extremely disappointed in management
