The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Thank you so much for sharing these latest Artis insider buys with us SNAKEYBOY! I think you are going to do very well with your large Artis position. I'm looking forward to seeing what else Samir manages to sell before year end and what he will use the cash for. Samir reminds me of Tom @ H&R in his creativity and willingness to think outside the box to do right by unitholders.
