At my witts end

At my witts endGuys man, ever since March regional banking massacre these reits have been scraping the barrel. Rallies exhaust in record time and  bend over in a blink of an eye. While treasury yields and inflation and crude are on a parabolic uptrend.  If I was central banks, I would at least be asking the question, "is what we're doing even working?". Rates take credit for inflation going down, but when it goes back up its a mystery, or need more hikes.  Like Mr Evanstandour, a very respectful investor, cites "cyclical bottom" doesnt mean there's not a lot more downside in the REIT trade before it turns.

We really need a liquidation event.  I never thought it would come down to Samir pulling the impossible. But here we are.
