The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

On days like today. If you understand the businesses you're invested in; and if you're not over-leveraged and/or over-exposed... today is a f%^king glorious day. Congratulations to all the longs and even to those who have been waiting for the most opportune time to enter at incredible valuations - this is how you build generational wealth. Cudos to all the longs who have done the work to weather this his volatility. To those who cannot hold, thank you for your units and sacrifice.
