Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Yeah and how can you invest in an assets that go down 10% when someone in another country says words. So my PMZ mall in Alberta is less valuable 5 seconds after a dude speaks a word? It's beyond stupid at this point, the algorithms and being tied at the hip to us etf algo trading. The markets are basically broken forever. We will have periods of money rushing into sectors and strength, but underlying it is a house of cards. Stocks and companies don't control their own destiny, it's entirely macro.
