I think the fund flows are somewhat logical. Look at the reits that blew up and cut dividends. The market moving money is more focused on the simpler, safer names and stuff like Artis is down the list as something to put money into. Nxr, Prv and ap act way better. There are choices in the market so they rebound in order of strength.
