The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. This fixation regarding monthly data points for a metric that everyone accepts as fraudulent is baffling to me. Global M2 is *realtivley* flat - one global event will result in the M2 exploding upward (as it always does). Equities will melt up, inflation will be narrative that will be "managed" and we will continue doing what we have always done since we abandoned the gold standard.
