RE:RE:Great Video Scrooge

RE:RE:Great Video ScroogeInflation in the US is driven by the rich.  Their spending will decrease in a market selloff.  There is also a large number of white collar workers who have been laid off but are on 9 month severance packages that will run out.  The fed made a mistake by getting dovish in December which created a front running of spending before inflation was back in the bottle.  There is a risk they get hawkish again.  However the market has been acting as if rate cuts are an inevitability and timing is unimportant.  We are at a tipping point now with all time high markets... do people return to rotating calmly into value stocks in anticipation of rate cuts or is there a new narrative of the fed waiting too long and recession becomes the base case.  I am not sure what will happen.  But we could see a big drop in the us markets that is followed by a strong rebound as dip buyers enter and rate cuts get solidified.
