The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. how is it irrelevant ?  Economics is about cycles and patterns. History repeats. These interest rates are normal.  House price inflation relative to income is a completely different discussion.



 

LOL! Anything and everything that includes you Raddy-David10 is irrelevant. You should know this by now. Besides, you're generally in way over your head with the vast majority of topics that are discussed here anyway. 

I think it's best you stick to bullying the "on the spectrum" Nonyah's of Stockhouse because that is what you have proven to excel at.

Gary and AdHoc are an interesting duo.  AdHoc got wiped out on a MJ penny stock.  He's an interesting fella.  He blames me for exposing a grift or two.
