Has moved up over 50bp since January and is likely making another run at 500points or 5%%%!!!
That is crazy man
REITS cannot surivive this.
Think about september, or like last june, or last october....like cmon on man, we're just back we started if not worse. Like when it does it end man. Nov 2024 cant come fast enough!

The bear steepener. This occurred just prior to the GFC. The 10 year reached 5.23% on June 23,2006 and then dropped to 4.41% by Dec 1 of that year. The 10 year reached 5.23% yet again by June 14th 2007. Stocks rip and roar higher reaching a peak by October 2007 and the GFC begins by December. It's like musical chairs until someone is left without a chair.
