Technicals would highly indicate

These REITS are still in one massive downtrend, with the Dec/Jan highs the latest bear market rally and acheiving lower highs.  Its somewhat unfathomable given the inflation PCE and canada is in the 2s supposedly.  These central banks and governments can easily frame the narrative of a success but choose not too....seems very fishy to me
