Was 11 to 13 for many years.  What are we celebrating? Already had one dividend cut, may need a second. On any good reit bounce what we may get 8 to 9 if we're lucky....

As usual you have very little context. Do you not recognize the calamaties this sector has gone through? Do you not recognize the absolute bearish sentiment for the longest while and why it has been such? Do you not recognize anything about stocks or the stock market at all? We have seen about a 20 percent move off the bottom, I for one am celebrating that. We are in a monumentally better place ...more
