Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:NCIB running? 32,400 sharesseems lke more NCIB now..88k units...imagine mgmt realizes they may need unitholder support pretty soon and knows that NCIB is highly popular with unitholders..especially given low payout ratio..can't fault them for their thinking...wish more reits took that approach

having said that, think mgmt needs to relfect on the two issues of more transparency/indepence and the retail spinout...retail spinout never made any sense to me either..
