Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I own a decent position in Cominar purchased recently. They have announced the "strategic review" back in Sept. 2020. Zach George is a trustee and his FrontFour owns a decent position in Cominar, so he has the incentive to max the values. Office ocupancy for them is 92% ish.

Interest Coverage is 2.45 times. 3mo. ending 9/2020 is $.25c FFO. Nav is $15.56

Debt is 54.4%. Trading about 9 times FFO and 57% of NAV.

Which one is going to "payout" first? Artis, Cominar, or the sleeper........Slate.
