RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Slate Office..............

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Slate Office..............Looks like 53% payout ratio, Cominar probably punished for the low distribution.  Yes as quality gets closer to fair value I think I will be rotating to cheap pandemic affected.  The bad real estate will recover a bit later but it will still revert to mean.

Malpeque2 wrote: I own a decent position in Cominar purchased recently.    They have announced the "strategic review" back in Sept.  2020.     Zach George is a trustee and his FrontFour owns a decent position in Cominar,   so he has the incentive to max the values.      Office ocupancy for them is 92% ish.

Interest Coverage is 2.45 times.   3mo.  ending 9/2020 is  $.25c FFO.    Nav is $15.56

Debt is 54.4%.     Trading about 9 times FFO and 57% of NAV.

Which one is going to "payout" first?          Artis,  Cominar,  or the sleeper........Slate.
