Now the develper is not really noteworthy, however the managemeant is. Not sure Artis has anyone else managing their properties unless of course there was a mangagemeant company contracted when they purchased the property that they had to live with.
Of note: Ryan Companies, which built and manages the 34-story downtown tower, said discussions are just beginning on what the new name of the building will be.
AT&T left both buildings, but Artis doesn't own the one I linked. This is my fault, just happened AT&T building has the same name, and left them both at the exact same time. AT&T left the 257K sq foot Colorado Campus which Artis owns. https://www.artisreit.com/office/161-inverness/
