While I can't say with certainty if this affects an Artis property, if you actually read through one of the provided links from "investsmarter" it suggests, not only the developer of the property but also the manager of the property is Ryan Company. Now the develper is not really noteworthy, however the managemeant is. Not sure Artis has anyone else managing their properties unless of course there was a mangagemeant company contracted when they purchased the property that they had to live with.

Of note: Ryan Companies, which built and manages the 34-story downtown tower, said discussions are just beginning on what the new name of the building will be.

AT&T left both buildings, but Artis doesn't own the one I linked. This is my fault, just happened AT&T building has the same name, and left them both at the exact same time. AT&T left the 257K sq foot Colorado Campus which Artis owns. https://www.artisreit.com/office/161-inverness/

agree.  him and the other fraud who created an account warning of a dividend cut because of the A&T likelyt he same person. both are short.

Different people. I do not believe Artis will cut. Samir is more likely to exit through a sale or privatiazaion in 2024 than cut the distribution . I am also long, not short Artis. Just because I try to help show the changes a company is making, either positive or negative, doesn't make me a fraud. Invest blindly, and only look at the positive things and bash anyone that shows the negative

It's not my business to get between two peoples thoughts. It wouldn't bother me at all if you or some other posters are short. It's part of trading, actually to banter thoughts, ideas or outlooks from both sides only benefits as far as I am concerned. I guess where a problem exists if either side provides for incorrect information or manipulates information to suite their means. I am
