Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

It's not my business to get between two peoples thoughts. It wouldn't bother me at all if you or some other posters are short. It's part of trading, actually to banter thoughts, ideas or outlooks from both sides only benefits as far as I am concerned. I guess where a problem exists if either side provides for incorrect information or manipulates information to suite their means. I am not suggesting anyone has done this. It does however quickly become evident once someone posts incorrect info. I think it best to keep an open mind to anyone posting both positive or negative info and learn off it. No sense anyone starts bashing anyone until it is shown or proven that it was done to influence improperly.
