Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

REITSComing out of 2008 financial crisis and covid, the fed was doing QUANTATIVE easing and rates were ultra low so the insane bull runs were somewhat predictable.  How do we get out of this funk? A few cuts to stimulate growth is minimalistic, not exactly the "juice" we saw the last time reits were in the gutter? Might be lower for longer until QE comes  back one day
