Looming Denver vacancy (AT&T)

Sounds like Artis may have found a planf or this 257,000 sq ft "class a trophy building" being vacated by AT&T from end of February. Disclosuer shows the asset as being held for redevelopment to accomodate multiple tenants rather than just one. Could be a nice positive point for the conference call if asked and confirmed they have new tenant interest. They sounded very optimistic on re-leasing it on previous conference calls.
