End of week Wrap-up

End of week Wrap-upNot sure this was a "strong" finish to the week...CAD reits didnt even gain back what they lost yesterday.   GDP was far worse than estimated so the bond market is not expecting any further hikes.  Crude gaining 30% since June with making another leg up today is not looking good, probably going to reflect in a big HEADLINE CPI number.  Couldnt write a better novel to screw reits at this back end of the curve.  Lets see what happens.  More importantly, NWH and Artis need to see what M & A activity or levers these REITS actually have to create value. For now its been all inflated NAVs that are constantly being written down every quarter.
