The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:DREAM OFFICE AND ARTIS IN FREE-FALLREIT bros all liked Dream Office at $29 but dont like it at $11 when leasing activity has returned to "pre covid levels" and occupancy is on the upswing. lol. The REIT is trading below $300 psf in downtown Toronto for Class A buildings. I am glad I have no exposure as I have little respect for Cooper as a CEO but it sure is tempting given its instrinsic value.
