RE:RE:RE:With REITS moving down fast...doesn't matter bro, i was in oil stocks for the past few years and made massive gains. can take a couple gut punches to be a bit early in the reit space, lock in big yields, and see big capital gains over the next couple years as a new cycle starts. will be re-investing all the distributions back into reits.

impossible to call a bottom but valuations are near historical lows with still strong fundamentals, soaring building costs and an interest rate cycle which is almost over.
