REIT can be taken privateBy the 3 big holders if they sell 800m industrial to someone. That's 55m shares for 10 bucks and some $ left over for debt...depending on how many are unencumbered. No additional capital needed.
Of course it's more complicated than this in terms of how they structure the new reit and how they can funnel their money out with more asset sales....iris comes to mind. Obviously has to be something in it for them, manji is not giving investors charity.
