Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Taken private with no premium?

We have three parties that own 50% of the company 
Sandpiper/Maji, Royce/Jetport and Edgepoint . If Edgepoint buys up another 10%, they have majority. 
 

Whos to say they dont take this thing private for no/little premium and create the value privately? 

This is a real concern - ive seen this happen with BPY and Brookfield during Covid......
