PURE PLAYS

PURE PLAYSTheoertically it is possible to improve the multiple by unloading office and going to industrial/retail, but I see this plan taking another 2-3 years to fully execute, and would just being admitting copying PRV and BTB and HR reits direction, a bit late to the party, and in doing so revert the public security plan. I generally would dismiss this as the goal of the review.   Its  basically sell as many assets as possible to return $ to shareholders, and if they buy us out, then they will do it themselves in a IRIS/Cominar like structure.  I dont think Im wrong.  Close the gap = strong exit liquidity. Who cares about closing the gap if investors did not want the option to liquidate.
