The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. lol, I tried my best to describe the waterfall. Glad to see you read my analysis. Not an issue if we own the same % of both cups. I'm very happy with the clear direction in Cominar. Lots of transactions to bring the portfolio down to the 10 core gems outlined in the recent presentation. Samir mentioned on the call there are more deals in the pipeline there. Not much left to sell at Cominar now, after considering subsequent events. Seems we are making deals at every level to create as much liquidity as possible... to do what? *ominous music*
