The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:RE:RE:RE:Huge Morguard Ottawa office sale today @ $500 psfdoesn't matter. cooper can run another sib or at least try to. in any case if the sales amount is applied to mortgages it will improve the multiple. third guess wlil be he uses some of the funds for residential developments although in the past he said he would raise liquidity from forming joint ventures. so we'll see. in any case the biggest bagholder in dream office is mike cooper / drm so he needs to do something to bring up the unit price and return capital. samir manji is there to defend our interests and is also a major dream bagholder.. overall i am excited very much for dream office, although i wish i had sold into the latest rally before buying back in after the trim!
