I fundamentally cant understand

How this narrative has been going on for over 2 years...nevermind that not going back to office has deented a lot of downtown eateries and businesses and concourses, we may be in a recession, and rates are highly restrictive. narrative keeps on going on like the energizer buddy. high yields forever!
