Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

The general consensus was a flat inflation reading. I nailed it on both core and headline and I have been accurate on getting the right direction (up or down) prior to every single inflation release. I also make it public so people like you can criticize me if I do get it wrong. Something you tried to do before but were painfully wrong. Do you want me to remind you? It was the March inflation data.
