Never been more turned off from REAL ESTATE

Never been more turned off from REAL ESTATEThen I am right now.  Imagine buildings everwhere thats inherently supposed to be profitable, otherwise why bother building, permits, maintenance, leasing all that jazz.

yet the equity wiped out on these trds is anywhere from 25-60% depending on the reit

might as well just got a 4- 5% gic locked in for 5 years or buy a bond

this is value destruction at a historic level

when this happened during covid fed was during on the printer like crazy to get things going

now they are intentionally driving asset prices in the hole, over CPI

GROSS
